Alright, I’ll give this a shot:

So, Best Buy’s doing this thing where they’re opening stores late for the Nintendo Switch 2. I mean, if you’re into gaming and all, this might be exciting? Or just a good excuse to stay up late. I dunno. But they’re rolling out the red carpet across the U.S.
Here’s the kicker—besides just getting your hands on the console, games, and whatnot, they’re tossing in a freebie. A commemorative coin. Does anyone even collect coins anymore? Maybe I should start. Anyway, these midnight shenanigans kick off at a minute past midnight on June 5th, 2025. Mark your calendars, or do people even use those anymore? Feels like an app notification sort of thing now. Oh, and check out Best Buy’s site for which stores are in on this.
Now, what’s the deal with the Switch 2? Globally hitting the shelves on June 5th, priced at £395.99 in the UK (fancy, right?), €469.99 if you’re in Europe, and for those of us in the good ol’ U.S., it’s $449.99. Why are prices always like that? Feels like Monopoly money—fake, but also kinda real.
Ah, I was supposed to talk about something else—or wait, maybe not. There’s also this overview trailer, but who watches those? Oh, everyone? My bad.

So, yeah, that’s it. Make of it what you will. Or don’t.
