Oh, and while we’re at it, Gamereactor also threw out this tidbit about an update to make the game look super snazzy on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Seems everything’s getting a facelift these days. Kinda like how your phone gets an update and suddenly, BAM, new emojis you didn’t know you needed.
And speaking of game drops, big names like Borderlands 4, Civilization 7, and others are already set to hit Switch 2. Tossing a Rockstar game in the mix makes it, what, a perfect five? In some chat with The Game Business, Strauss Zelnick—the big cheese over at Take-Two—mentioned those four are lined up. He’s got his fingers crossed, hoping they’ll do well. Claims he’s a “big believer.”
Zelnick even said Nintendo’s usually better with their own stuff, but they’re trying to change things up. Something about rising to challenges and, well, “voting with our feet.” I guess we’ll just have to see if that means more yeehaw or yee-naw for the Switch.
And if RDR2 lands on Switch 2, it might just push their GameChat to its limits. Imagine all the chatter, from quoting memes to snickering about horse anatomy.
