Sure thing! Here it goes:

Okay, so here’s the thing. I stumbled upon this cool footage from this game called “The Blood of Dawnwalker.” Trust me, it’s not your average vampire RPG — and I’m saying this even though I generally don’t care much for vampires (feel free to gasp here). Anyway, Rebel Wolves, this Polish studio, just threw over 20 minutes of gameplay at us, and it’s wild. You know, in a good way.
They first talked about this game forever ago in, like, January 2025, I think. And people were all hyped because of the CD Projekt Red vibes (yep, gotta love those Witcher parallels). Aiming for 2026 on PS5 and all that jazz. We’ll see!
So, they just had this event on June 21. Not sure why I remember that date, but it’s stuck—like thinking I left the stove on. They showed off a quest with Coen (he’s the main dude) about some ancient, mysterious weapon. In a crypt. Because places with ‘old’ in the name always have crypts, right?
And can we talk about combat for a sec? It’s all about feeling like a swordmaster, which sounds way cooler than I’ll ever be. There’s stuff like “Burning Blood” and “Artery Attack,” and you can pause time during fights like in Dragon Age. Side note: I feel like I’d freak out and hit pause too much—kinda like when I can’t choose a movie on Netflix.
Then there’s the whole time concept. It’s not a ticking clock—it’s like a resource? So, you don’t just run out of time by wandering about. It’s more about making choices. Not sure how that’ll play out, but it’s different.
Oh, and the vampire thing. Coen does his vampire routine at night—he gets all power-uppy but also more noticeable (as if that ever stops vampires in stories). His health is linked to hunger, so he’s gotta feed. Seems like you have choices—drain humans, nibble a bit, or go for animals. Personal note: I’d probably hesitate, then accidentally starve Coen. Whoops.
Each quest changes depending on when and how you tackle them. Human or vampire, day or night—your call. But, guess I’ll stop rambling. The game sounds intriguing, no lies.
Anyway—wait, where was I? Ah, right. Vampires. Who would have thought?
